I just went to popular but didnt see this Elite book, can anyone tell me which popular you went to?

Hi! Which outlet did you go to? You can actually ask the service staff to check the availability stock in other branches and ask for the copy to be transferred to your preferred collection outlet.

        hi champion,

sorry i missed out your comment. i went to united square popular but i dun see it there....

well i really didnt know that i could ask for the transfer!! thks for sharing and telling me that... i spent at least twice a mth in popular buying all sorts of stuff for my kids and i'm sure they will assist me since they already recognise my face...

        LOL... 😃

          Verykiasumummy.

Popular do have such services foc
I even more than once, just email them my requirement and ask which outlet have instead of going down to hunt for it. When the nearest outlet that has that book was some five mrt stations away, I asked them to transfer it to my preferred outlet. Same as a set of story books that they offered to help me buy from their supplier as they didn’t have any in store at all. From then on, I see those titles available in all the stores I patronisdd. Good service.

This service is not a given. It is not part of their business model I think, but it feels great to know that they go that extra mile.

No matter whatever we buy, it is important to read the storybooks sothat the child can implement the phrases effectively and more naturally. I find Roald dahl and geronimo stilton books effective. And it really helps in writing.

Thanks Pinky Piglet & HAPPYH for sharing! 😄

HAPPYH - Yes, def agree with you on the importance of reading. However I am still trying to figure out ways to \"translate\" the reading to writing... :scratchhead: My DS reads storybooks q often and I pick most of the books for him (altho' he also has his own preferences). But his compos mostly still begins with \"One sunny day...\"...
So I thought by reading up good creative writing compos (with pictures) may help him to open up his mind alittle more.. of course coupled with the help in school and enrichment classes...
