Duke n Duchess of Cambridge visit to SG

[janet88]

Mrs Joy Balakrishnan has this air of elegance.

If there is a Singaporean designer who can create a dress for the Duchess, why arent there designated ones for our ministers’ wives? Some need a makeover. They can well afford.

anyhow, Duchess of Cambridge needs desperately for a hair-stylist. Hope she can find one in KL.
