I made some Gnocchi with spelt flour for lunch today. Truly therapeutic for me.

The mooncakes are really nice. is there any filling inside?

Peapot, the Gnocchi looks delicious! Are they difficult to make?

Yes Happymum, they taste really nice. If you are someone who likes Italian treats, then you would probably enjoy this. You don’t have to make alot because eating afew of these fills you up. They’re not difficult to make. My gal loves it. You can replace spelt flour with other type of flour. I just prefer to use Spelt because I m trying to cut down gluten in my diet.

Yes, it does look filling. Did you just google for the recipe? DD has not tried it before. Thought of making some for her to try. May I know where to get Spelt flour? Thanks.

you can buy spelt flour from any organic shop. I just look through some recipes online to get the gist of it and then came up with my own recipe for the Gnocchi. You can google for it as well. I just find some of the recipes too long process. If you want my recipe just let me know but my recipe do not have specific measures so that’s why I hesitate to provide you.
