anyone watching starhub's cable tv program: my ghost story-Asia?

it's on every thursday night at 10pm. So far I had watched 2 local encounters : the suicide tower at pasir ris and the bt batok nature park.
The first was about supernatural sightings at the observation tower by 2 men. The 2nd was about sightings and hearing of cries for help from a female jogger who was murdered there 10 years ago :scared:

What I heard was that Friday the muslim maybe need to fast or something so Thursday night no training.. for them to have better rest or something to that effect..

Anyway.. got training on Thursday night before..

If I remember correctly, it is not about fasting but something to do with their spiritual world on fridays...and thursday night 'crossover' to friday...I not sure if I interpreted what I was told correctly.
