Wonder if the poor tai-chi man (or were there more than one?) was paid for his ''acting'' role.. :skeptical:
Actually the payment might be intangible for this uncle and he might love what he was doing. At this age, at least he could say to his friends and family that he came up close and personal with the royal family from UK, Duke and Duchness, once in a lifetime. I cannot even say that leh....even though I went to London, I still did not see them....mamago:
this one dun need a $8.5M enclosure
The one in lime green maybe is already having one that is far exceeding $8.5M... hmmm, only the poor tai chi man fits your description...
I am sure the Uncle is a happy man....let him enjoy his simple pleasures.

What I find really comical is the welcome of the pandas with banners by ministers and a panda dance for the pandas when they arrived, as if they understand.....
Mr Brown made a valid observation, he wondered in the panda world, whether they would dress up as humans and do a human dance to welcome us... hilarious interpretation... :rotflmao:

Putting up a performance is one thing, show casing life as it is in Singapore is another. I read somewhere that at the time the royal couple was there, the place is usually deserted. As for the pandas, I didn know about the banners and the panda dance. It really sounds hilarious!
