      [quote=\"Fat Mama\"]Hi,

      Saw these down jackets from Uniqlo, they are very light and soft, colours are very beautiful but are they sufficient to keep warm at the ski resort?

      What are the footwear we should buy for adults and kids for walking on snow? Must be boots? So exp..

      I saw these jackets in store & they are quite thin, dont think its suitable for winter.
      For boots, u can get cheap UGG boots in Korea , if the ski resort is not your first stop.

          this jacket is 100% polyester & the hood is fleeced lined. Will keep warm to a certain extend i believe, but it still depends on how cold. maybe cant keep that warm for -0 degrees. u would still need a good thermal & heat pads.
          u can check the jacket's label if there's down feather content.

            yes, always check the care label and it should state all… if in doubt, should ask the asst to help…

            all big reowned brands that export to US will have the care labels stated clearly… but this requirement is not a must in sg… the care label is like the "fine print" u read before buying Groupon… w/o it, US ppl will sue them this n that…

                        u can also get it online at qoo10.sg, but if u dont feel comfortable buying online since cant try it on, its better for u to get it from chinatown.
