      drivers can be reminded.. but what is more important is that parents must always instill the need to our children that they be alert when they're on the road (pedestrian crossing or not).

      Look at the stretch of traffic around the Bukit Timah schools, even with constant reminders, these recalcitrant drivers are still going round without a thought for others safety. Near accidents occur quite often ...
      Even if people are alert, sometimes could still happens.

      Almost knock down by a zooming delivery motorcycle driving under HDB. Lucky no kids out of nearby cc around that time.
