What's the definition of crush first? I mean how do u define it? Is it admire? How they throw, can give examples?

Yes admire. They will offer to do things for the guy or offer to accompany the guy to any place.

Do what sort of things like buying coffee or tea or packet meals for the guy? Accompany to what kind of places then?
I cannot give right advise/opinion without c..ing whole picture so do provide examples, can?
i've heard of 6 cases of office romance with PRCs n i'm really hating it...

the worst case was that the dh hooked with a PRC secretary and in the end preggie.. the dw finally triggered the last straw and left the dh w/o kids.. fyi, she has 3 sons with the dh and has abandon them totally... looking at the dw's actions, u know how much she suffer... where on earth will mum dun want own child!! the dh must be too much so the dw is now taking revenge... see how to PRC is going to take care of total 4 kids...!!
Actually I will not fight for custody of my kids if ever we divorced due to 3rd party. But I will demand access.
Simple reason. I have given up a good part of my life to be a SAHM & take care of family & his parents so that DH can concentrate on his work without worries. Since DH loves his kids a lot, so I'm sure he would take good care of them in my absence. As for me, I would need to try to re-establish my new life, get a job etc hence it would be tough if I still have to take care of kids. If he has any doubt about his new lover's ability/willingness to take good care or treat his kids well, he better think thrice about EMA. I'm not going to let him have the easy way out by & enjoy best of both world. If he is worried for kids or new lover may not want to 'inherit' the kids, it might serve as a deterrent to EMA. (won't work for those who does not love their kids tho)

                What office relationship I encounter?

Once some guy asked for some info and stood too near to me while I browsing my computer. My colleague quickly commented, hey, she married already, 不要害她. 😓 in a joking manner, but straight to the point. I had learnt to use that
Phrase in as joking manner to set clear boundaries.

Even when most of my colleagues pat horse shit, I don’t join them. They asked boss want coffee or tea & greets him nicely. I don’t do it. Not my principle. Here, I joke to make people laugh, in real life I don’t do it.

My whole department went to burn incense papers on the 7th month with only me alone left in the office (not my belief to do that). I don’t follow the crowd but was given extra $$ incentives than my colleagues cause base on work, not on pat horse shit.

No la....I am also very familiar with such incidents. It is common but does not mean I am already numb to it or condone it. I find that people usually find many excuses for themselves to be involved in EMA because the spirit is weak and values not strong. But it is human because even for very strong people, they also have moment of weakness especially when there is a rough patch in their lives. We are all imperfect but must know some good strategies to help us when in such moment of weaknesses.
