My son will be in P2 next yr.


I understand from some parents that during the orientation, the children were asked to "play" game by answering questions on language and math. With this, the school will do grouping of the children according to their standard. You can check with your child if they do "play" this game =p

And that’s why you do not know which class your child will be in until near school open in Jan.

In P1 and P2, the children will stay in the same class.

Also, the school will be going into single session in 2 years time.

When you receive the letter from the school to confirm which class your child will be in, there will also be a list of what to bring during first few days of school. Or maybe you get them during orientation, can’t really remember, but there will be a list of item given out.

Did your child attending the 10days camp courses? I packed bread/sandwiches/ hotdog/ bacon etc for her to bring to the classes.
I think its depend on your child liking. Simple and not bulky to pack into a picnic box should be ok.

Hello Irene, thanks for the tips. Yes, my boy is on the 10 day language camp.

I am a full time working mum so am thinking what to have my in-law to pack for him when the school starts in Jan.
