Premier schools have bus services ok? haha. RI (not sure RGs, probably?), DHS, HCI, all have bus service.

I thot sec and JC no school bus already. Kids so big still willing to take school bus meh? These kids must be super Kwai. My 2 sons sure :yikes: if I ask them to take sch bus in sec sch. :siam:

Have lah - usually only morning trip. After school they can make their own way home.

Not bad. Morning can be quite troublesome to get to school. eg. boys staying in Woodlands but study in RI. If have School bus serice, very good, right?

True true, good schools normally have students all over the island. So school bus help those without direct bus or MRT.

School buses actually really super early, my sons take public bus now actually leave home later then when they took school bus in primary school. But then we lucky, got direct bus πŸ™‚

I find that if there is school bus service, kids can get up the bus be it super early but they can sleep throughout the journey .

It may be quite difficult to get a seat in public transport especially peak hrs or they may even miss the stop.
As NJC is also a premier school , I hope they can look into the school bus service.

NJC cohort too small for it to be profitable for bus operators. And frankly, while parents may want it, older kids generally don't want it themselves so take up rate won't be good. Then with one term boarding, parents going to start arguing why the need to pay bus fare for that term.... :rotflmao:

Agreed. Also, NJ has a pretty tight budget, so a bus service will not be something that NJ would pay for if not necessary.

Just a few short of 200. They take max 200 for JH1 each year. The few places was reserved for returning Singaporeans.
