I think the idea behind this is good, just that I feel kinda strange to tie in with CCA points to entice students to promote healthy living.....

I think it is to lure people to join HPB upon completion of healthy living / awareness course in those listed schools.

I didn't really read the whole report but I guess they r to form a club and organise healthy related activities, promotional seminars/talks/exhibition etc.
Not bad...next time can be in event organising jobs!!
