November Bus Fees- Should I stop for November ?
-
Received bus cards yesterday, stating to collect \" both Oct & November's bus fees..........now wondering  should i stop taking the school bus in november since the kids will be attending school for only 2 weeks.........
but somehow feeling abit uneasy for being unfair to the bus operators   -
May I know do you need to pay Dec fees too?
-
Can’t remember but my impression is that at the beginning of the year, they collected Jan and December outfront…
Though it’s exorbitant but sort of unfair to the bus uncles if stop in Nov and begin again in Jan… -
i thought it is mandatory to pay for all 12 mths??

Dec's bus fees was paid together with July's when Term 3 starts.
June's bus fees was paid together with Jan's when Term 1 starts.
:moneyflies: amount is alot if you have more than 1 kid.....

You have 2 choice:
1) To pay Oct and Nov fee, and take transport till school holiday starts.
2) Not to pay Oct and Nov fee, arrange transport on your own from Oct-Nov.
I do not think they allow you to pay Oct and not pay Nov.
Bus Operator normally collect Jan+Dec fee, May+Jun fee and Oct+Nov fee together. -

yes it will be unfair to them for no income at all during the holiday mths…

I don't mind paying the jun and dec fare......
Dd's school holiday starts in oct....still have to pay for nov
Well, what to do, not the bus driver's fault school wants to start the holiday early. -
Bus fare is usually calculated for the whole year and then divided by twelve. So it is not that we are paying for nothing during the holidays. The bus operator would have informed u of the terms and conditions regarding withdrawal, maybe you can check the handout and guidelines from them.
