My mom's method and it works.

Do remember to overturn the stomach to the other side. Pour a bottle of coke and soak the stomach for half an hour.

Add salt and rub the stomach till the stomach is not sticky. Rinse with water and the stomach is clean

(1) plonk cubed pumpkin into chicken broth...then when softened, use food processor to smoothen it till it is \"creamy\"; or
(2) flash boil with meat bones/meat with yummy salted egg?
