      Stress? No stress.

Yesterday, I told dd that she can decide how much homework and exam preparations she wants to do for the coming SA2. This came after I got really angry when she was dilly dallying (again) when I tried to do corrections with her. Sigh! Must let her grow up and make her own choices.

So, tomorrow, it’s off to her friend’s house to play after school, then back for a Mid Autumn celebration in school in the evening. No stress.

Just Mummy stress wondering if it’s too soon to let her make her own decisions.

        My sentiments exactly....
Hopefully, PSLE will be less stressed by the time our kiddos sit for it in 2014.

Don't think that it will be less streeeeess; pls hope that it will NOT be MORE Stress.

Sometimes, I harbour such doubts myself too. I have let her go independent since beginning of this year, ie hw, filing and pacing her revision herself. At times, I still have to prod her with a stick or she forgets to bring textbook home for hw or she misplaces her worksheet. Thankfully, to date no major 'disaster' yet πŸ˜“

for compo, i leave it to her creative writing class... she is learning stuffs that i haven't even heard of like show-not-tell... but from what can see she is writing different story every week....
