        Hi parents,

        I’ve just joined this forum.
I have heard that Tao Nan is going to be moving to Bedok South.
Anyone has any idea when it will happen? Or how long the move will be?
I’ve got a son in P4 next yr and another one going in in another 2 yrs’ time…

Yes, the talk organised by PSG at 3.30pm i think. Costs $10 per person, so not sure if worth it... you signed up?

The talk on 4Jan 3:30pm-6:30pm by PSG is \"Get Set, Ready, Go - Preparing your child for Primary 1\".

Although the title is preparing child for primary 1, the description of the talk seems to focus more on the parents and helping the parents to realise & manage their expectation of their child performance & \"success\", hence achieving a mutual satisfying learning journey.

Personally, I do not think I would benefit from this talk, thus I did not sign up for it. 😄

I was browsing this thread and realised both the old and new Principals were my JC teachers.

Mr Tony Tan taught me F Maths and is indeed a high flyer due to his academic achievements and abilities. Not only was he an effective teacher, he also showed strong leadership qualities and organisational skills. His personal charisma always packed the lecture theatres. A rare gem who thinks out of the box.

As for Dr Chin, I recognised him through his Chinese name. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think he was the Chinese teacher under LEP scheme. As he didn’t teach me, I’m not very familiar with him but I’ve heard from friends he’s very academically driven and a perfectionist.

                        What a small world!
