But what is baffling is who is telling the truth? CS claimed that Ng kept harassing her sexually, yet she kept on seeing him. She even asked Ng what if her child is his, yet she claimed in court they did not have 'you know what' (not appropriate to spell out here, I think). If it's only oral as she claimed, how to get pregnant then???

It is a bit of playing with fire to demonstrate \"mentally unsound\" or \"depression\" in this way. What if she is in turn charged with \"Contempt of Court\" (藐视法庭) with her flip-flopping statements? Yes, I agree with you that CS's inconsistent statements do not make her a credible witness. Moreover, Ng's SMSes from her obviously showed that they were in a relationship or a fling, which is contrary to what she claimed. IMHO, her statements are all very confusing, and if she is trying to portray a 'victim' image to the public, I think she has failed. At least to me, she does not appear to be a victim at all.
