      Scorpion:

This makes me wonder why they're spending so much time seemingly trying to prove that there was an affair, since Cecilia is not the one being charged anyway. In my simple salesperson mind, I'm thinking \"heck, there is no doubt now that these things did happen + conflict of interest, so we can make a decision and close the case\"..

I also like that think... But give the SC benefit of the doubt lah... If not pay the SC so much :moneyflies: for what?
Hope the drama don't end with anti-climax can Liao... πŸ˜†

Monday's episode starring C again... When is Gay's turn? :faint:
Now becoming more like Taiwan drama liao... Sibei slow.

It's always the defense team cross examine the plaintiff/prosecutor's witness first, then the plaintiff/prosecutor will cross examine it's own witness; then repeat again for the second witness.... In some cases, the prosecutor/defense will chose not to cross examine it's own witness for certain reasons....

      W2G, tio bo?

Why the prosecution lawyer never say \"objection\" one?
        Or \"ζˆ‘εε―Ή, θ·Ÿζœ¬ζ‘ˆζ— ε…³...\"

All the simi do how many times... Do at different times/places... :faint:

Quite true.. also must the media be so explicit in their reporting? I can't even let my DS read the case in ST ..
Don't know how to explain the terms to him..

Btw, it's alittle confusing for me this case... is there be a possibility that CS will be charged? If so, under what besides say \"contempt of court\" for all her fickle statements?

If found guilty of bribery. Bribery can also be charged

Unfortunately in this case, the payment is construed to be sxx instead of s$$ so all details of when bank in and when withdraw and at which bank branch is important for the charges to be valid, similar to when s$$ is involved. πŸ˜‰
