If I'm not wrong the answer is option 2 ( He saved himself and his friends ).

My ans was something like: he found that it was easy to scare away crocodiles.
There is one question on the height of water in the end. What's the answer DS asking??

I got a weird mixed number.
              13 something over something

Can someone help with this question
I think the answer is 24 cm, because the height I got for container B was 12, which is half of that.

Can someone point me to the cut off point of secondary schools based on last year’s PSLE results? I saw it somewhere in the forum but the search function does not seem to return me with anything meaningful. Please help!

I feel that having my class teacher pump us so hard in the run up helped a WHOLE lot in maths. We’ve done over 15 practice papers from all kinds of schools, and some of them were really quite hard. Our teacher even gave us all these really tricky questions and methods, like the ‘dot’ method.

To think that those methods weren’t even needed in the paper, I don’t know if I should be happy that the paper was easier than expected or really worried that BECAUSE the questions were easier than I was used to, I’d have so many careless mistakes…

                    Hi hoylj,

You can click the following link to take a look:

                    http://www.acetutors.com.sg/Secondary-School-Ranking-2012-Based-On-PSLE-Intake

However do take note that for dc in Sec 1 next year 2013, there is no way to know now.

                    Hope it helps. 😄

I used algebra and got 24 cm too!
