I've been member for a while, and also catch no ball.

I do agree, every new change takes time to get used to and adapt.


To do big things, one must always remember :

1) you cannot always satisfy everyone 100%.

2) the objective is to satisfy 80%, there will definitely be roughly 20% not satisfied. But that is fine. ( read this from a book, cant rmb which)

3) do not be too affected by the 20% whom you cant satisfy. Satisfy them in other ways.
