I was the one who wrote that post.

Chief refused. Chief was loyal to his mod. At least in his private interactions with me, he defended his mod. I got some sort of a scolding instead... which I did not appreciate but I did recognise that this forum needs some discipline and if I was disciplined by Chief, I took it in my stride. These things happen. I was told I was outta line. Even though I disagree with Chief, I concede that I wasn't entirely well-behaved myself.

I do not believe Chief removed his mod. We should also be mindful that if Ksi left without explanation after a spate of joyful messages and many posts before midnight last night indicating her plans to do more for the forum, something might have happened that caused her great pain. Let us not make worse her pain by embarrassing her publicly by intimating that she was sacked.

To my knowledge, she was not.

Use this thread to honor her... those who wish to. Myself, I do not wish to and therefore I have said nothing much on this thread. But I recognise that no one is all good nor all bad. She has done wonderful things for this forum. In this thread, we should honor her and not publicly kick down her reputation when she is no longer here to defend it. If you don't wish to honor her memory than best to stay silent.

If the scolding I got from Chief is anything to go by, I cannot believe Chief removed her as mod. When Chief deletes an account, he prefers to LEAVE the name in the historic posts. This makes it less obvious to all others that a person has left... and invites fewer questions and gossip. Refer please to VKS2010's postings. If the name has disappeared from all posts, then it was deleted by the person who left.

Somehow I find it hard to believe that the level-headed, sensible, logical-thinking Ksi would just walk away like this. Nonetheless, I hope she has a cooling period and maybe decide to join back later :please:
