I can’t imagine how nervous the women involved in SCDF case must be now. It must be playing again and again in their minds if they’ve accidentally left any sms or other types of evidence, etc.
I know how it feels like - no appetite, tired by can’t sleep, can’t smile naturally, thinking of alternative ways out, finding that distractions don’t help much with stress relief, adrenaline flowing all the time, mood swings, self-blame, etc. -
