This looks nice but I'm the only one who can take spicy hot stuffs so never cook them at home except once (cooked curry chicken) during my DS's birthday party. But I bought those premixed pack from fairprice.

Yes, pre-fry using little oil and leave fish to simmer till gravy thickens.

I don't mind just leaving the fish in to simmer (more healthy mah.. less oily fish) all the way... but hubs prefer it pre-fried. He likes the lady's fingers. I don't. But i just add in. He's the boss mah.
