You can't, simply because Minecraft is never released in CD/DVD form. You can always buy a gift code, write it in a card, and then put it in a box if you want to.

I downloaded it from minecraft.net and paid via paypal. No problem encountered. My DS is enjoying it although I find the graphic a bit… outdated.
