              三思而行

              后悔莫及
              己所不欲,勿施于人
              浪子回头金不换
              不听老人言,吃亏在眼前
              早知如此,何必当初
              不再重蹈覆辙
              问心无愧
              冰释前嫌,和好如初
              不分青红皂白
              忍一时风平浪静,退一步海阔天空

              为人着想
              拾金不昧
              路不拾遗
              日行一善
              勇于认错

If you look at the picture composition so far, good deeds can roughly be categorized as the following

                  1 好邻居 (守望相助湖,适时的伸出援手)
                  2 好品德(诚实/路不拾遗/懂事孝顺)
                  3 关怀同学(友爱/帮助同学)
                  4 好公民 (见义勇为)

I am not expert. Just sharing what I can observe.

                    Yeah, you are right.

The pictures may be different, but the theme is still the same .
                    Boring. Isn’t it ?
I wonder if this somehow curbs the interest in learning to write interesting Chinese compo?
A bit of like "能交差就算了“ kind of mentality.

                      BigDevil:
2 common themes of Chinese composition are:

                      1) Did something bad/something bad happened....feel bad, lesson learnt
                      2) Did something good....feel happy about it.

For the final paragraph, it is common to quote some Chinese phrase. So for the first theme, the usual phrases are
                      人非圣贤 孰能无过
                      一朝被蛇咬, 十年怕井绳

For second theme, the usual phrase is 助人为快乐之本 (only one??? can't think of another).

Can suggest what other good phrases to be used with these 2 themes?
Actually I am clueless how should a compo be written, I see my child comp described all the thing in the picture yet only can score just pass of coz with 6-8 wrong words... So I am lost as what type of compo is expected in order to score better.
Now then I press the panic button as I see compo consist of 1/5 of the exam marks. Here I learnt something new today that we need to quote something in the final paragraph.

Mine is really like just writing to get over with it hence story only reflect the picture what is shown . Does not know how to write a \"deeper\" one.
