Do we have to discuss this? What will we achieve by fanning a small ember into a spark... this ember should be ignored. I am Chinese and I refuse to be provoked by words from HWZ because this is KSP.

The only reason for putting this, is only to compare against Amy's case.

I feel Amy comments were taken out of context too.. and we should also IGNORE it. But, that was not the case. Many criticisms against her, even on KSP. Why the UNFAIR TREATMENT?

I do NOT want to talk about the content of the FB post.

I only want to talk about the reaction towards the person who wrote the posts/comments. I wrote what I wrote only to show that both comments are just as OFFENSIVE.

My stand is.. we should IGNORE Amy's comment too. It is just her personal rant.. but pple make it into a big hoo-ha and even the ministers comment on it. I feel it does not deserve the attention it gets.

IMO, The blogger is even more guilty than Amy.

Well, I think the comments against Amy were a bit overdone, but she was completely over the top. Witty and incisive, but in a completely wrong way. She is a scapegoat, yes, wrist slapped, time to close the matter, or this will drag on to the next century.

i think over amy’s case, its her insensitivity towards the topic and her poor judgement of how viral fb comments can get… it got much attention, but most are negative… i dun think she had expected that and probably regretted her actions…


everyone has the right to rant, at whoever they want, provided it does not go public or tongues will definitely wag… somemore her high position…

but this time round different… i dun want to repeat that same phrase in that hwz post again… but it sounds really intentional… so anybody who continues the topic is bound to expect lots and lots of comments regarding racism, which is not encouraged here…
