Good preschool for 18 month old near Mountbatten, MP or tpy

First time mother here so I am kind of lost while trying to choose a good preschool for my girl. Have read through many posts but have yet to come to any conclusion. Would really like the help I can get here.
Any good preschool near Mountbatten, marine parade, east coast or toa payoh? Preferably below $1400 before subsidy. Thank you so much! -

Schoolhouse by the bay at Katong cc! Off fort rd. But full day only for kids who are 3 years old and up. Younger ones are in playgroup timing for three or four hours.
