Dunno abt how many GEP kids qn. I don't think schools have any impact in churning out kids qualifying for GEP

coz my girl classmate wanna try to tfr to hong wen, so the only thing me can think of is kid going to gep sch… then will have vacancy yah… never cross my mind hong wen train gep yah…

I see. Not too sure how many will transfer out. If the parents are keen to transfer, they should call the school now to ask to be placed on the waitlist and to find out the procedure.

Hmmmm, they do focus on both academics and Chinese culture and values.
Efforts are made to help the academically weaker kids to excel as much as possible. For example, classes for the P5 and P6 foundation classes are smaller, nearly half in the number of students compared to the other classes, based on last yr's class distribution.
From what I understand, the kids are streamed based on their academic strengths into P3, P4 and P5 classes so also cannot relac, relac :evil:
