Sometimes i also come out empty handed... I just go and do some reading... Then look around... Like the new p1 math syllabus... They took all the old books of the rack... Then new books come in.. All with big big indication that it's\"new syllabus\"... But in actual fact... They only took out the 1 unit that is the \"mass\" edit a bit of the revision paper... Then all others pages are the same...


So if parents can find old syllabus books at discount rate... Then I suggest they buy the old ones... Can ask kids to skip the mass questions... Or just continue to do then since it's one simple unit which doesn't make any different

But there should have 1 new unit about orientation of object.

Having a hard time putting stubborn dd3 to bed… After 30 mins she still rolling over in bed…


No… The kids don’t freak out… they see that i have even more books for myself than them… Sometimes ds will ask for some of the books he feels like doing… More of the sci and math books…

Actually, for dd, I havent figured out yet!
This year she floated along... I do nothing, she does nothing...Just school homework.
But she reads A LOT, both fiction and non-fiction. I think she picks up enough vocab... grammar... etc, from her readings. Even maths and science-y stuff.

Er, nothing! I don't know how to use assessment books to help my kids learn :oops: And gotta mark I am too nua...
dd's school is more on than ds1's. All those worksheets should be enough for her wor.
