Do u pre-fry/steam the fish or just leave it to simmer in the gravy till cooked? TIA

          Hi, bebebub..

Yes, pre-fry using little oil and leave fish to simmer till gravy thickens. šŸ˜‰

I don't mind just leaving the fish in to simmer (more healthy mah.. less oily fish) all the way... but hubs prefer it pre-fried. He likes the lady's fingers. I don't. But i just add in. He's the boss mah. šŸ˜„[/quote]Buds,
Thanks for your reply. I looked at the pic, drooooool again.
Can teach me how to make the gravy? When I first saw the pic u posted, I told myself \"aiya, just go n buy the pre-mix\". But with Chef Buds ard, maybe I should learn from the real mccoy šŸ˜„

I cook most days because hubs hardly eats out. He prefers to eat home cooked food and just like your hubby, my hubs also most times doesn't eat lunch at work but comes straight home to eat dinner with me and the children. Plus he says it saves :moneyflies: and he can help himself to second helpings ... or even thirds. šŸ˜‚

                  Hi buds,

I was hungry all the time during the 9 months expressing milk. Lost the extra pounds after 1 month. Breast feeding is indeed a good workout.
Your food looks sumptuous and I am sure it tastes just as wonderful.

To be able to stomach spicy food means you have fully recovered! :rahrah:

Hi janet_lee88. Yah, the hunger was at times until buds_hubs thought i was preggie again! :rotflmao: No periods during breastfeeding year for me for all the kids so far, so very hard to know ovulating or not. Not that i'm counting or anything. :politebleah: Yes, the fish curry was a sell out at Buds' Kitchen and the family usually likes it with roti prata the following day. šŸ˜‰

Hi Funz. Yes, to be able to eat is recovery all on its own. :snuggles:

I told buds_hubs before that not being able to eat is a painful illness. šŸ˜‰
