I actually like it cold so I leave them in the fridge.

The thing about egg tarts that I do not like is the eggy smell. DD likes them but DS will not even go near them.

I don't mind bean curd tarts as they are healthier. If we are in town, it is on the way. Agree, sometimes the eggy smell can be unbearable. Oh dear, I need to satisfy my craving for tarts either today or 2moro.

Hmmm…does it taste like tofu? If not, then gotta be artificial flavour.

良辰美点 's egg tart is better than their western egg tart. But I atill prefer KFC one, among these three.

Actually the egg custard looked and tasted the same. The curst was a little diff. The western one was more like short bread (like bengawan solo and prima deli) the 良辰 traditional was a little flaky.

didn't know that's how they are differtiated. Always been just 'egg tarts' to me!! 😉
anyway, just had my bengawan solo version...custard quite nice.
