It's not GEP, it is called JTP, a Josephine Talent Program. The boys who made it through the first round of GEP tests are grouped into 2 classes of 25 each.

          hi

need some information from parents of p3… I understand in P3, boys are to join CCA. Is that compulsory? For eg; if my son is interested to join the band, will he be able to get a place in the band "automatically" upon signing up?

          thanks

To ‘happy to be mum’: there is CCA period for P3. The boys have to choose a CCA. Some CCA’ s have a limit on number of participants.

What are the names of these 2 classes call?

I know one of them is Joseph. My fren's kid is in the class.
                  Think another class is Patrick.

                    fable:
Yes, I think it has changed. I believe the reason given at Orientation was so that the P1s and 2s would not have to stay back in school and have longer days. Perhaps its because SJIJ is at a holding school at the moment?

My son will be so disappointed. He was really looking forward to the soccer programme in School. If it is optional, I do not really see the argument about staying back in school; the kids are there voluntarily!

I heard from existing parents that the soccer clinic is actually open to public. so if really interested can just go down. 🙂
