Yes, if you're among the top in the country the school might call you to prepare yourself for the reporters who'll be stalking the school. Top in school might also get a call.

Yes, top in nation will surely get a call from the school.Top in school will depend on the school itself.
Some school like dd school will not call as the teacher mentioned that she wants a memorable experience for the student.
