Not sure about the percentage but I know of the people who were requested to leave

Not an official intake (like 4-years IP). But i guess might have special cases? (Not sure though, just guessing )
For my year there's only scholars and returning Singaporeans who joined in Yr3.

I think Year 3 probably has one of them more challenging assessments/exams so that those who cannot cope can quickly look for an alternative mainstream secondary school and do the O levels. It's be really too late at Sec 4, right?

Now the school only scouts for Foreign Scholars that they bring in at Year 3 for the IP programme Returning students? Haven't heard about them - I guess they just apply directly to the school under some private arrangement.

Even if they don't have a formal procedure, you can always call up and ask. But the school has the prerogative to refuse.[/quote]
