Yeah it’s partial. 6-3 is given more priority than 7-4. You can appeal if you can rejected though. Helps to have good CCA track record or leadership positions etc if you’re appealing.

        Hi all.

Can 3 points get into Hwa Chong/Raffles? Like 7 points minus 4 bonus points. I heard it's only partial?
Possible but depends on how well the cohort for that year performs. There have been cases where 4 pointers also got in after submitting appeals. All the best! 😄

hello forumers. i live far away from every jc and there's no direct bus to any of them within walking distance. That means i probably have to take mrt+bus or bus+bus switchings in the early morning and after school, both times when im confirm super tired...Does anyone face the same problem as me? Is buying a car the only way? 😞 How i wish i can live at the hostel or have a school bus to pick me up like in pri sch...i've personally experienced how tiring it is to keep switching transportation in secondary school and was hoping for a change in JC, but no such luck apparently. How do you cope with such an issue? especially when you have to go home in the evening now and squeeze with people on the public transport :nosebleed:

I thought most students will have to take feeder bus + MRT + bus or feeder bus + bus to their schools. The adults are doing the same to go to work too.

My history teacher is always lamenting about her sad life in JC with h2 history so i probably will shun from art stream if i were you, plus i hate any content heavy memorizing subject, and in JC the books so thick de T.T

There's plenty to memorise in Science stream as well, especially for Biology. It's not just for Arts.
