There will be 2 tests, first a group dialogue session, somewhat like oral, for the panel of teachers to identify those who are genuinely interested in Chinese. The second test is a group game, where by the teachers will observe how the student's behaviour and inter personal skills. -
Any P4 going nonGEP and nonBiCep student name missing from the class allocation list?

The impression I got from the briefing is that there are a lot more applicants than the fixed number of places available, thus IMO unlikely
