I don't think so. Most IP schools usually have 1 or 2 o level classes reserved for the weakest in the level only.

I know hwa chong does. But the students are the weakest students in the level, so you don't want to be in that class.

I'm guessing most of these students were accepted by DSA through sports etc ... Or maybe they just cannot cope with the demands of secondary school as compared to primary school.
