Exit pass for Indonesian worker

Hi, my domestic worker of 8 years called me from lampung and said that the embassy refused to issue her an exit pass as her existing contract states her salary is only 400, (just renewed wp with this contract in 2011 at the embassy )She said I need to go to Singapore embassy to get a new contract stating that the salary of 450 ( which is agreed by myself & maid upon her return in feb). My neighbour told me to ignore & tell me to ask the maid to do the exit permit at the airport in Jakarta. I also find it a little peculiar on how am I going to Indonesian embassy in Singapore without my maid 's original WP & passport.
Appreciate if someone has similar encounters and what should I do.

The "exit pass" is what is referred to as the KTKLN card. Do a search for that and you will be able to find all the requirements for it. One of it is that you would need an embassy-signed agreement.
