DS will join RI next year. Would appreciate information on what we can expect on S1 reporting day in RI. Besides the buying of books and uniforms, will there be talks? How long will the whole process take approximately? Thanks in advance.

Being ks, have already reserved the books to be collected on registration day. Haha, tried to buy them earlier but not ready. Am thinking of going direct to buy uniforms. I dislike long queues :scared: and have another appointment on that day.
Is there anything else that can be done earlier?

Other then going to bibi ba ba to buy the school uniforms, u can also go to the school book store to buy their pe attire.

How often is PE in a week? Will 3 sets be sufficient for a week? Will the boys be allocated to a particular house or colour, with different PE shirt? Are the PE shorts and shirts standardized for all the boys?

received an sms about the Malaysian Montage trip. If u refer to the packlist, under CLOTHING item 4 - school uniform shirt (raffles polo or school shirt). If ds has no raffles polo shirt, then which other shirt are they referring to ? The white one? But won’t they look funny wearing the white shirt and pe shorts?

Went to Bibi Baba and got the uniforms. It was a breeze. Not so crowded… so DS managed to try without being rushed. Yay!
