I mean Diagon Alley, not Diagonal, how I hate the iPad auto spell 😞

Glorymum, I will put up a review of my trip on the orlando thread soon. 🙂

The one in London is not a theme park. Just movies sets. The one in Islands of Adventure in Orlando is a theme park. So it depends on what you want. I am not sure if they have place in LA to build one too. But they seem to be expanding the one in Orlando to include Diagonal Alley on the Universal Studios Jaws site, based on rumors.

We just came back from Orlando, and being Harry Potter fans and I must saw the theming including merchandise and F&B are fantastic, it is not only rides but a total experience. It is like you have walked into the movie or book.
        :thankyou: for the information .

After going through all the information on Orlando, I guess Orlando is a fun place for all ages.

If you love theme parks Orlando is a place to visit…

          4 Big Disney Parks, 2 Universal Studios…

And the weather is not too cold…

I find the people in Orlando are friendly , compare to those people working In LA theme parks…

And Orlando things are cheaper compare to LA …

          Orlando tax is lower …

Agree with Dnls mum! We love the overall experience. If you go to orlando, you should check the theme park out.

I been to the one in Orlando in 2011 too love it. It was my 2nd time there and I purposely go back there for the new Harry Porter rides.

I have timeshare so accommodation for me is not expensive for me think we spend S$800 for 7 nights stay somewhere near to Disney World. And we rent a car to move around as we travel out of orlando to a small spanish town St Augstin.

Food and shopping wise I find that is cheaper than Singapore 🙂
