Hello all


I have been thinking of enrolling my 4 year old son to abacus classes. But don’t know which one. Does anyone want to recommend anything for me. My quick serach in internet says CMA is good. The nearest branch would be kovan.
Can anyone please give me good/bad review about this branch (Kovan)? and if anyone could recommend any teachers would be great help for me.

Could anyone please tell me the difference between Montessori Mathematics and CMA teaching methods? CMA website says they teach image abacus. I don’t know what it is. Montessori Math coaching method seems to be different from this. Could anyone suggest me what is good for child to start with?

Hi, not sure about Montesorri M. Think it is more towards teaching maths according to individual student ability.

CMA is two-handed abacus training. This is to train left and right brain. After a while, it is believe that the students will be able to do mental calculations really fast.
