My ds has 243. We have chosen SJI O level as our first choice. We are catholics from maris stella but not affiliated. Anyone has comments whether the chance of getting in is good as this higher COP in SJI and dragon year cohort is making me worry.

From past experiences or appeal cases or purely COP, do we stand a chance?

Thanks Emoh. Just called the vendor and told me that they are going to change the uniform (shirts and shorts) for sec 1 and no stock yet. Those that I have purchased will need to return for exchange when stock r ready.

Thanks! I am not sure how to describe the material but the shirt is heavier and thicker than the usual shirt that my DS wore in his primary school. More thread count?

Is anyone familiar with the Lit text in the Sec 1 booklist?
Is it Holes by Louis Sacchar by Bloomsbury? If you have already purchased the book could u pls confirm?

Yay! Welcome! Last heard from the vendors was that only some of the shirt sizes are available and pants are not even ready. They claim that it should be all available on registration day. See you tomolo at SJI!

Mine too. Noticed that SJI thread is rather quiet. Is it SJI's parents are more hands-off ? Hope more parents will join in to share ideas and info.

May I know what aggregate did your son get? We opted for SJI but were unsuccessful. My DS has an aggregate of 244. Did the aggreagate COP really went up?
