A couple things I recorded just now for fun.

Very enjoyable and musically played. Envy your tone. It is refreshing to see a teacher willing to share his music. Most teachers including me will be terrified to put ourselves under such scrutiny. Hope to hear your playing more.
P.s. What recorder you used? The sound quality in these is so much better than the ones you recorded for your repertoire book.

You're too kind; I never think highly of my own playing

Anyway this was the recorder I used; it's actually a full blown camcorder:

        http://www.zoom.co.jp/english/products/q3hd/

Last time I recorded using Zoom H4 that was supposedly equal in sound quality as the Q3HD, but I must had damaged one of the mics because everything I recorded with it was so bass heavy and unbalanced.

Only CityMusic carries Zoom AFAIK. Two other shops I am aware of that carry similar recording equipments are Luther Music and Sinemax, maybe you can check them out also.

Finally figured out how to embed Youtube. The tutorial at the How-to thread a little bit incomplete eh, have to delete some codes to make it work.

Just discovered this beautiful piece - Requiem for a Dream. It started slow and gradually built up to faster and more intense pace, then ended slow again. Awesome!

Wish I could learn to play this piece some day.

Shervel & Morgan Lee were great playing The Entertainer. Just curious, what grades are they currently on? My son is preparing for a short recital next month, just 2 songs but much simpler than that.

Btw, do you take in requests? πŸ˜‚ If it's not asking too much, can record The Last Waltz? I love the arpeggios in that song.

Victor Lee's Melodies of Life from Final Fantasy is also beautiful. Waiting for that day my son can play like that. Then everyday he must play me to sleep as part of room rental.
