My daughter has scored 250 in PSLE and she has been posted to Crescent Girls' School. Understand from the posts that O Level cut-off for SCGS is 251 and MGS is 252. Any chance to get into these schools if we appeal.

Just want to check if appeals are solely handled and decided by the schools themselves or MOE will be involve as well?

Also, now my gal regretted her first choice and wish to go second choice school instead, will they consider such appeal at all given that she got into her first choice based on the application form?

Hi, Mass appeal exercise is handle by the school. MOE is not involve unless its deal to special reason such as medical reason etc...

You can try to appeal to any schools u want(more than one school), the criteria the school will take into consideration are the PSLE T score, CCA achievements and availability of places.
