      My dd1 just declared her fab egg tart is from Galicier. Their other cakes, kueh and tarts also very nice, yummy.

          do something fun n meaningful wif ur kids during tis holiday period

          Ingredients & steps:
          - 1/3 butter
          - 6 soup spoon flour
          Mixed till become dough

          Steam dough in pot for 10 mins

          - 3 eggs
          - 3 soup spoon water
          - 3 soup spoon milk
          - 3 soup spoon sugar
          Beat till everything dissolved then sieve it

          Pour egg and steam for another 10 mins

                      I love the egg tarts at simon rd (in the same coffeeshop as the famous oyster omelette stall) they also sell very yummy beancurd and puffs.
