other Junior college do not stipulate this minimum once a Term Per year stay in boarding school rule. Why is NJC so special in enforcing such a rule ?
what is the rationale behind ?

By the way, NUS High has one whole compulsory year for Boarding.

JH4 boarding check in on 6th Jan, ends on 8th Feb - the shortest boarding weeks so far.
