I am pr n very new here. Am very blur wat is GRC , nc, Gro, ccmc , pa , ccsc , and etc. if I’m staying stay upper Thomson rd , would like to register my girl born 2009 in 2015 for 2016 intake @ Methodist girl school . is it possible ? Or need to stay within 1 km then can apply for the GRC member ?

Nope you can’t. You can only join RC/NC in your estate

Can I join my area cc first then convert or transfer to holland - bukit timah GRC while Im move to tat area ?
Join community center is it possible to become executive member (EM) or join people association club ? Any suggestion which way to go to get EM?
I tried to call up PA volunteer hotline but nobody pick up call so really don knw wat to do n where to start… Anybody can help ? -

Since you are not a resident within that GRC, you will not be granted EM there, only AM, and as far as I know, AM does not have P2B privilege.
