IQ tests and PSLE

Today, on a whim I took an IQ test at IQtest.com.
I was a little surprised when I got my score: 93
After all that is below average, isn’t it?
And to top it all off, I scored 26x in the PSLE.
Can someone explain the weird results to me? -
