My DD was successful in her to MGS express. Recd the call yesterday afternoon.

Hello parents,school is starting in a week time.I guess is time to start letting your dd learn to wear double layers (2 shirts) at home so that they can adapt to the heat when school starts.As heard from my dd,most students will start wearing their uniform with a shirt (mostly pe attire) inside in secondary school.My dd is starting this practice tomorrow so wonder if any parents will agree and follow my saying.

It was for the IP (IB) program. She had gotten into the Express and we thought just try to appeal.

Do existing MGS parents think this is necessary? Since they have a pinafore under the white shirt, PE shirt will have to go under the pinafore which makes it 3 layers! Can't they just change into PE outfit at school?

I have just unpacked the box of textbooks I bought from Pacific Bookstores that was marked "IP" and found 2 books missing! I had paid for the whole set. I wonder if anyone else experienced the same?
