My DD posted to justice 1. I m not too sure how they allocated but I doubt is by marks

Anyone knows how the classes are being allocated? by marks? Which class have your dd or ds been posted to?
Marks are taken into consideration for the talent development classes.
1Gr is TD sci/math, they are selected based on their PSLE maths and science results. 1DL should be TD chinese, I guess they are selected based on chinese/Higher Chinese results too. -

From wat I see in the timetable, 1CR and 1LY are music special program classes. 1CR have 1 period of Music special program every wed n 1LY every Fri. As for how they are selected for Music special program class, I am not too sure, , but maybe your son plays any musical instrument or some form of music background?

thanks for all the reply. My ds got A* for maths. guess its not high enough to go to talent program haha. those in there must be maths wizards

I wonder what is the highest psle marks who got into CCHM. lowest is 239

today ds said that the talk lasted more than 2hours ! sitting on the floor for that long led to some leg muscle cramp …
