Tried posting in the EastEnders thread but it’s been locked, so decided to create a new thread.

Does anyone send their children for art classes in Marine Parade? My daughter will be 4 next year and she is keen on art (and crafts), am thinking of sending her for classes. Any recommendations?

Nice to meet you too Ran1977! Am actually living in Tampines now but moving to Marine Drive (too! yay!) next year A bit early to start looking for an art class now but oh well, might as well start now.


I actually lived in Marine Parade when I was younger but moved to Tampines after I got married, but am moving back to MP, am so glad!

Thanks for the recommendation! BTW, would you know what happened to the 80S coffeeshop? Is it closed for renovation or closed for good?

We should organize get togethers with other Mummies of Marine Parade with the kiddos -not need elaborate just maybe at playground of Blk 73 Marine Drive…while kids play, we mummies can chat:)

Blk 73 is near where I'm staying right now, just a min walk and I can reach the playground. My dad always bring my younger boy (turning 1 year old this month) to the playground.

My elder boy is 4 years old and I am actively looking for some enrichment classes which are suitable for him. My elder boy should be N2 this year but he will only be starting school this march.

btw, I heard the coffeeshop has been sold.
